Have you ever wanted to find out who has viewed or amended a particular client or policy record?
Open GI has a way of identifying which Operator has accessed a particular client or policy record. This is the History Log.
To view the History Log for a particular client click on the Links button from anywhere within the client or policy reference:
And then click on History Log:
This will then show the following:
This shows which Operator has accessed or amended the record. The Action Column shows where an Operator has viewed the client/policy record (blank) or where they made an amendment (Update).
