Please remember to transfer cover to RSA. The new Renewal Due Consumer letter caters for this scenario. All you need to do is enter the requote details (i.e. RSA at the expiring premium) on the diary screen and create a Nil Transaction.
This will then bring up the right paragraph that explains the LV= situation.
