Personal Lines Cross Selling

We are pleased to see a growing trend of personal lines staff actively seeking new business from clients where we only currently hold one or two policies.  Clients will not be offended if we offer to begin a portfolio of their insurance business, and potentially save them money; they’re probably going to spend a few hours on the internet, so ten minutes on the phone to us isn’t a hardship.

The most notable performances on this technique have been shown by Heather in Brecon and Nigel in Bromyard, so we’re looking forward to seeing more results in the coming month.
