Welcome back – At Caleb Roberts Insurance Services we’re delighted to be opening our doors again and welcoming you into our COVID-secure offices from 1st September 2021.
It feels like a long time since we were able to see you face to face, but we’ve worked hard remotely to support you throughout this period. Whilst its been challenging for everyone, our business has become more agile and will continue to be more flexible for colleagues. This has included working from home and changes to working practices, such as video conferencing, more email communication and increased social distancing in our offices.
As we get used to the high street being open again, here are some of the actions we are taking to make our offices safer for you to visit:
• Hand sanitisers available for your use
• Perspex screens on our desks and counters
• Continuing with social distancing
• Maximum 2 customers per office at one time
As per the Government advice, we would ask that you wear a mask, if you can, when visiting one of our offices.
We appreciate that for some, wearing a mask will not be possible, so please let us know when you arrive at the office. We’ll still take the same precautions as outlined above.
Of course, you can still call us to discuss your insurance needs. Simply telephone your local office as you always have done, arrange for a visit where suitable or a video call.
