Today we are a recognized insurance broker in Wales and the Border Counties, and one of the largest independent farm insurance brokers in the UK.

We currently have an opportunity in our Knighton office for an individual looking for a challenge in a Commercial Insurance Claims administrator role supporting existing Account Executives. The role is offered full time and working office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Account Executives with:

• End to end management of clients insurance claims
• Liaising and negotiating with Insurers

The position will involve dealing with a wide range of insurances primarily Farm Insurance but also including Motor Fleet, Motor Trade, Commercial Vehicle, Liability, Shop and Office packages , Property Owners and personal lines.
The successful candidate preferably would have a background of commercial insurance experience gained within the insurance industry for a minimum of two years.

Team work will be important to support colleagues in delivering exceptional customer service.

The role is offered full time and working office hours are Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm.

You will have the ability to work to a high level of accuracy through maintaining your own records and work within FCA guidelines at all times, continuing to drive high standards of compliance.
